Add submenu listing all available dock widgets #55

Currently, the only way to display dock widgets currently not shown is via the context menu of the title of a displayed dock widget (see https://github.com/3dct/open_iA/wiki/Core#widgets). This is not user-friendly.

It would be nice to also show this list of available dock widgets in a submenu to the "Views" menu.
