Position (green dot) not shown in linked mdi/slicers when image spacing below 0.435

Steps to reproduce:

Open a file with a spacing below 0.435 (e.g. through changing it in .mhd file)
Go to Slicer settings, enable "link views"
When moving around the cursor in the slicers, the slice number will change in the other slicers, but you will not see a position indication

Expected behavior:

You see a green dot marking the cursor position in the other slicers (works if image spacing is >= 0.435)
