Solved my issue. I updated RELION's code with git pull
and updated the conda environment. This added an if statement that takes care of the issue.
Can confirm "particle" extraction works in commit 6331fe. git log
attributes fix to Bogdan Toader, so thanks for the fix!
Describe your problem
When using particle mode for picking in tomograms, RELION fails to write necessary output for further processing, Python traceback complains "ValueError: cannot insert rlnTomoName, already exists", even if dataset comprises a single tomogram.
Sphere picking in the tutorial works. Have not tested filament picker.
