Convert dropdown menus to simple links : Projects&Events #36

Pros:

won't reun out of menu space on mobile
projects/events without pages are underrepresented / limited list
inefficient to click through to Project/Events List page

cons:

brief list popping down from the menu looks cool

top menubar items could just click through to Project/Events List page respectively.

Let's go ahead with this. Dropdown menus will be removed for Projects and Events.

This means "Projects" and "Events" in the menus should now appear as simple links (like News) - user click will load (respectively) Project lists or Events list page.
