[x] upload the latest VG Flyer PDF file to the GBC github. Please rename it Vera-Gross-Lecture-2021.pdf
[x] on news.html : Add link inside the Vera Gross Lecture item, under the last line of body text, on a new line. Words: View Announcement and put a link on them, pointing to the file. (When a visitor clicks on the link, the PDF should display nicely.)
If this looks better as a bullet item, go for it.
