Create project-template.html and then 4 pages for new projects

Hi Derek, here's the website update that follows the Program update, for all the project names that changed Nov.10

Please create 4 new pages, but first, let's make a template for project pages :

1 - Please copy the project-barbados.html to a new file called project-template.html Please adapt it so that it shows:

• [x] a generic GBC Banner image

• [x] no other the images in the page (comment these out)

• [x] all text paragraphs are Lorem Ipsem

• [x] for Participants and Select Publications sections-- keep these section headings and 1 or 2 lorem ipsem bullets/items if it's not a pain to format.

• [x] please commit project-template.html

2 - Then - Make 4 copies of project-template.html, each called:

• [x] project-covid.html (if there's already a old file in the repo called e.g. project-neurocovid.html, please delete it)
• [x] project-parkinsons.html
• [x] project-dementia.html
• [x] project-who.html

And then for each of these 4 project pages:

• [x] change the Project title in each file/page to match the exact Project Name in the Teams Agenda
• [x] In the first column of body text titled Overview - Please add/insert a first paragraph consisting of the Description blurb from the Teams Agenda
