Hi Derek, @3design on News.html, could you kindly add a new item, and bump all others (to shift over by one, or to a new row) thanks!

• [x] card title: "2023 Vera Gross Lecture"
• [x] Please copy/update the new item based on the 2021 Vera gross talk news item (the one with Janina Galler),
• [x] update the info: swap in text and headshot from the 2023 flyer (e.g. Dr. Michael Milham to deliver...)
• [x] also upload the latest blue flyer you made for this lecture to the images folder
• [x] the "View announcement" link should load this blue flyer card
• [x] add a blue button at bottom (as is typical for the news cards on this page) text: "Click to Register" should link to the bit.ly found on the flyer.
