let OpenBSD build again #61

change FreeBSD refs in CMakeLists.txt to (Free|Open)BSD
add extra checks for defined(BSD) where only MACOSX checks were being done

oh and, forgot in commit message but also adds check for OpenGL in CMakeLists.txt to ensure /usr/X11R6 is seen... I don't know how this affects other platforms but IIRC it doesn't hurt them. Any confirmation would be excellente
