Allow affine transformation of point clouds

There should be an API to apply affine transformations. This includes:

• [ ] Epoch.transform taking a numpy 4x4 transformation as argument
• [ ] Epochs storing the applied transform e.g. as property transformation
• [ ] Serialization of deserialization of the transform with the epochs
• [ ] Efficient in-place transformation (in C++)
