hi, i have encountered some problems. i do not know what is ‘pred_dim_dir’ in the python script (i.e. https://github.com/3dimaging/DeepLearningCamelyon/blob/master/4%20-%20Prediction%20and%20Evaluation/Heatmap_generation.py) and how to generate the corresponding npy file in the mentioned directory? Sincerely ask for your help, thanks.

Sorry, I just saw the issue. The 'pred_dim_dir' stores just the height and width of a series of pyramid images. The size of the pyramid images can be retrieved from the software like openslide.
