Message time with seconds #372

Give the opportunity to enable the display of seconds in the time of sending messages.

And I think that we need to change the color of the message time, because it blends very much with the color of the highlighted messages with mana from Trovo. Or changing highlight color. And perhaps need to move the message time to the side a little so that the scroll bar does not overlap it (or make it possible to hide the scroll bar).
