Description

Changes to ODA imports

Support for NWC files
Revit to look for NavisWorks views

Goals

Support for NWC files User should be able to upload NWC files directly
Revit to look for NavisWorks views The preference order for RVT direct uploads should be 1) 3D Repo view (3drepo, 3d repo, 3DRepo etc) 2) NavisWorks view (navisworks, navis works etc) 3) default 3D view 4) first available 3D view

[x] Accept nwc formats
[x] add test for nwc import
[ ] Add search for navis view
