Issue 612 - nwc support and navis view in rvt support #617

This fixes #612

Description

NWC is now an accepted file type
We now look for navis view name as a 2nd highest priority

Test cases

nwc should upload
navis view names should have precedence over default view (but lower than 3drepo)
