Parts don't properly fit together #12

I know this is opensource and nothing is ever perfect, but my 3dpen tip is so badly mismatched that it won't extrude filament. I believe this is due to the tube inside being to short and therefor of center.

Same problem here. After a bit of inspection I discovered that the motor wires had been soldered into the wrong polarities causing the cogs to turn in the wrong direction. Instead of biting the filament and feeding the hot end it bites the Teflon tube (white feed tube inside the device) and attempt to spit it out the back end. Luckily I discovered this before it managed to jam the motor and burn it out comleatly.

I used the pen for 15mins and the motor that pulls the filament into the feed has completely packed in. I have emailed 3dsimo a number of times and have had no reply. Not a happy bunny to say the least, this wasn't a cheap buy. I expected far better from these guys.

I've already sent three emails to the email you have provided and the only thing I have received back is an email generated from this site asking me to send another email to the same address stating the problems with photographs. It feels like ground hog day.
