Optimisation des images

Je dois faire en sorte d'optimiser toutes les images du projet:

• [x] l'arc de triomphe, pour commencer, l'image du "CRT-TV". Pour celle-là je dois aussi faire un re-découpage de l'image pour que ça ne dépasse pas de l'écran, comme je le vois sur mon écran de grande taille
• [x] trouver s'il y a d'autres images
