[ ] Add dependencies to puppet.
- Go packages:
- http://godoc.org/github.com/nranchev/go-libGeoIP
- http://godoc.org/github.com/gorilla/mux
- GeoLite data.
- Setting GOPATH.
[x] Remove Go packages and other unneeded files from repo and add .gitignore files.

Move commands from /vagrant/build.sh to Puppet manifests.
