Because the error is random, it will take a little time to see if the fix is working. We will run our month end AR report on January 2, 2024 and will be able to tell you if this worked or not at that time.

this case in on hold now because the new invoice will be cfreated in jan 1st week..once new records created we can revisit ..same has been communicateed to client by crm team
