Dear Support,

We are having issues with our current delegate billing process.

The attached file named ‘DGL Template’ is not currently pulling in Customer numbers from the TP entity of BC for the company POLITICAL ENGAGEMENT – it appears to be picking up data from the DODS entity in BC under the company DODS GROUP LIMITED.

This sheet was created before we migrated to the TP entity of BC (using the company POLITICAL ENGAGEMENT LIMITED).

Is there any way that the sheet can be remapped so that it points at the TP entity of BC so that it pulls out the data for the company POLITICAL ENGAGEMENT LIMITED?

The 1st attachment named ‘SEPT 23 DELS B2’ is the original data exported out of Eventsforce.
