Belgian VAT code 423300 #832

Hi – I am trying to raise a sales VAT-only invoice for a Belgian client but the option to select Belgian VAT code 423300 isn’t available – only the options below (see screenshot).

I need to post to the BELGIAN sales VAT code 423300 - can this be added as an option so that I can select as per below.
