Shall we model grounding system? #21

Shall we include ground system that include:

cim:GroundDisconnector
cim:Ground

Documentation needs to include the different way of modelling grounding.

Yes, I think we should as we want to include the ShortCircuit. There might be quite some additional work required though...

I guess we have to cover different grounding systems, In BKK Nett we also have 132kV low resistanse (lavohmig) grounding

Decided in workshop that ground fault is a prerequisite for short circuit, groundng should therefore be included in the DIGIN10 model.

Petersen coil has already been defined in the model. Need to include the grounding system of transformers that is used by BKK. To define the BKK grounding systems a new MAS needs to be created ( #133 )
