The documentation can be found in Telemark-120/docs/AviationObstacleReporting.adoc

1. StructureSupport extensions are documented, but have not created a mapping towards Kartverket for StructureSupport. Will wait until we have a stronger use case.
2. Header URI's need to be updated in the example file
3. Need to do QA of UML
