Export PostGIS layer table fails #12

When I tried to export the attribute table of a PostGIS layer, the Quick Export plugin either throw a Python error (on one computer) or crashed QGIS (on another computer). The PostGIS table contained a date field and non-ascii characters... See discussion here: http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/qgis-developer/2015-January/036545.html

+1 all my data are into PostGIS so unusable ... :(

UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe8' in position 12: ordinal not in range(128)
