What is the bug?

Include some logs here, in QGIS Logs panel, bottom right icon, the small bubbles, in the QuickOSM tab.

Thanks for the bug report. Unfortunately, your bug report is empty. Please check your QGIS logs, the comic strip bubble on the bottom right corner. And check pinned tickets at the top https://github.com/3liz/QuickOSM/issues

Reopen a ticket with logs if needed.
