Use the Project::getLoginFilteredConfig() method #38

Using the getFullCfg API is a deprecated way to access to the project configuration.

My patch is only compatible with Lizmap 3.4 and higher. Should we still support Lizmap 3.3?

I would say no. 3.3 is already EOL on our side.

If we agree on that, we need :

I have updated the min lizmap version to 3.4.8, so I merge it. Thanks @laurentj
