Visual changes

I modified the way we render layers both in the LayerStoreTree and in the stack of Selected Layers.

• Removed "fancytree" from jQuery
• Added random light colors for each project that can be found on selected layers
• Changed visual of a selected layer (e.g. Opacity...)
