Tests - Add lizmap server plugin in the stack #33

We need the lizmap server plugin

The test project is working with core LWC features @mdouchin and @laurentj

It seems the module (or the project with PgMetadata) is not yet working. I couldn't see the metadata panel.

Do not forget to import the data when the stack is running with make import-data

Linked to #33

Side note, we need to update other Lizmap stacks like PgRouting, MapBuilder etc to follow this one. The Lizmap server plugin was not installed etc.
