address provider - google

Description

• this message appears when the user calls the plugin with an empty project
• this message also appears frequently even when exists an API key for google provider

Context

• QGIS version: 3.22.16
• Lizmap version: 3.6.2 pre
• OS: Ubuntu 20

It is a bug?

I think, if, "Lizmap" needs the "Google API key" for "search functionality", then there must be a space where we can put this key that serves as the search key?

I think it depends how the JSON is read. From the CFG (when opening the plugin), if google is activated before the Google key is set, it will trigger this warning.

I will try to have a look to disable the check when reading the CFG file.
