Under the RGPD, it is sometimes necessary to inform and obtain the consent of the person who wishes to register.

Describe the solution you'd like

When creating the account, it would be desirable to notify the person using a customizable popup (the administrator should be able to define the text they want to show).

At which steps exactly you want to show this text ? in the email the user receives when the account is created ? in the form where the user confirm the registration and set his password ?

There are several possibilities in my opinion:

displaying it above "create an account" and adding a checkbox confirming his agreement.
after clicking on "create an account" display a popup with a checkbox also and an "Ok" button.

As this functionality is not necessary for everyone, this solution would only appear if the text field related to the RGPD/GDPR is filled in the administration interface.
