Show filter symbol also when filter tool is active? #1530

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

It would be very useful to show the color and symbol that alert users about an active filter on a layer (image 1) also when the Filter tool (image 2) is active; now it seems that this color/symbology is used only when filter is activated from tables or graphical selection. Without these color/symbology active in the toc, users can easily forget having an active filter on a layer

use the same color/symbology when filter is active
