the draw tool doesn't export drawings if it contains circles

Steps to reproduce the issue

try to drawing circles and export

Versions, safeguards, check summary etc

Mode : normal
Allow parent folder : no
Prevent other drive : no
Prevent PG service : no
Prevent PG Auth DB : no
Force PG user&pass : no
Prevent ECW : no

Do you mean export drawings in file (GPX, or KML) or while printing ? I noticed the text is truncated on the right side :

doesn't export in KML file format, in GPX it is ok

yes, i can confirm but we have a horizontal scroll bar to get the desired file format
