[feature] - zoom to selection & center selection #434

i think this functionality would be very important to improve the selection tools!

it seems to me that this feature could be associated with these https://github.com/3liz/lizmap-web-client/issues/462, https://github.com/3liz/lizmap-web-client/issues/463 in upcoming version 3.1
