On an editable layer, after adding a line or a polygon the "digitazion" panel looks like this
but after adding a point is more like this
so there is no tool to move the newly added feature. Same issue after identifying the point, there is no way/tool to move it. Moreover if no snapping is set for the point layer then panel look even more odd
Steps to reproduce the issue
In project with an editable point layer, add a point, then look at the "digitizing" panel.
