What is the bug? (in English)

Grouped layergroups are not displayed correctly in subgroups as active/deactive according to the QGIS themes.

in QGIS:

It does not matter whether the group checkboxes are displayed or not.

The error also occurs in 3.7.10-pre from 24/07/2024
