WMS third party not displayed

Hello,

i published an issue some times ago about the same thematic but with the child pr0ject #492

Now, in 3.1.4, i have the same issue but without using father child project.

I use this webservice with EPSG31370 with the wms http://geoservices-urbis.irisnet.be/geoserver/ UrbisFr

I get this erros in Firefox:

Without bypassing qgiserver, the wms is displayed.

This content should also be served over HTTPS.

The WMS was the problem. Misconfigured.

It's strange. I have the problem again (3.2.0): When third party is checked, some type of layer is not working.

When i use this webservice http://geoservices-urbis.irisnet.be/geoserver/ows?version=1.3.0& :

• urbisFr is working
• Urbis:urbisFr is NOT working

PS: Why third party is not available for WMTS?
