Clustering in Lizmap #775

Basing on this discussion https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/186262/clustering-points-in-lizmap is there any idea to introduce clustering in Lizmap?

LWC is based on OL. So, clustering should be possible.

@virtusmankind QGIS 3 Desktop has a cluster renderer for points, so also QGIS Server (3) should support it and by consequence also LM.

lwc supports 2.14 and now 2.18. It looks that LWC supports only LTS version of QGIS. Qgis 3 is far to be LTS.

@jlstanus we have tested QGS 3 with LWC, it is not full featured with QGIS 3 but it is usable.
