release of 3.0.0 #27

Master changed the way to install the plugin because the code is now in a subfolder. So I propose to bump the version to 3.0.0 (breaking people doing a git pull)

At same time, we need to:

[x] add a zip command to have the correct folder when we unzip
[x] push to plugins.qgis.org
