Admin project: add phone field to Contacts attribute form #140

Sorry, I have realised another thing was missing from my contributions. When introducing the phone number field in #130, I forgot to add it to the admin project. I am a bit hesitant to touch the project file, afraid of breaking things. ;-)

I think you did well ! Only phone related things are in the PR. Thanks for the fix again !
