Remowe wfsOutputExtension from QGIS Desktop plugins list? #47

Description

From QGIS Desktop, Plugins manager dialog, it is possible to install the wfsOutputExtension plugin but as far as I understand, this is a QGIS Server only plugin. Moreover, when you open QGIS after the install on desktop, you always get

WfsOutputExtension is plugin for QGIS Server. There is nothing in QGIS Desktop.

It's not possible to remove a plugin from QGIS Desktop from now. QGIS Desktop plugin manager is always showing all plugins available in the XML, even if it's a server only plugin.

In desktop, you will see all plugins listed on this page : https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/server/
