We should not use asciinema, but mp4 in blog posts #481

We should use use 3mdeb youtube for videos. Someone should get through all asciinema and convert those to mp4, then upload to 3mdeb youtube.

This should be easy to do with instruction from this issue: https://github.com/asciinema/asciinema-server/issues/189

@pietrushnic It's a good proposition form SEO point of view. I see here some easy ideas for quick CLI shorts with crosslinks to the products and blogposts.
