Enable RSS feed #518

We getting feedback from community about need for rss feed.

@Asiderr, do you think you can figure out how to enable RSS? I guess we already have something here: https://blog.3mdeb.com/index.xml, but apparently, it is misconfigured.

@pietrushnic I can do this. Later on in February I'll have capacity.

@Asiderr great, we will see if it will fit v0.9.0 or v0.9.1 or other releases, but I'm interested in doing this effort.

There are complains about lack of information in feed (not sure which one) but we which website
