Add extracted /proc/config.gz from original image #41

@IgorBagnucki If log is not linked/described anywhere it would be less useful. Maybe add README under logs direcotory or something like that, where you would discribed what was dumped, why an when etc. Some of that can be reatieved from git history but this ways is much less convenient.

@macpijan I have renamed existing readme file 8.05.2021_talos_ii_device-tree_hw_description.txt to README.md and added description here.
