Simplified Patchr: Channel hashtags instead of channels #130

Add channel hashtags to messages. If browsing a channel, that channel hashtag is added for you. If a channel hashtag does not exist yet then it gets created by the poster. Share channel hashtags with others via invite. All invitees can browse and comment. Option to designate a user/invitee as a co-poster (all channels or specific channel?). Channel hashtags in comments are ignored.
