Only allow deletion of channels and groups when the device is connected to firebase #52

Deleting requires a wide variety of privileges and ordering of operations is important so I have moved channel and group deletion to be handled by the Patchr service. That means users should be alerted that deleting a channel or group requires that they are currently connected.

We now guard channel and group deletion with a connected check.
