Use global settings #29

The goal of this PR is to use global settings instead of project settings.

It's useful for the users that want to define only one time those settings and use them for all their projects.

Fix #27

I don't think it makes sense to have global settings for the project search. It is related to the layers of the project...

For the web services, I don't know what's best. Any opinions?

You're right, I hadn't thought about the project search...

And why not using project settings for project searches and global settings for remote services?

that would be the solution. I'm just not sure it's convenient for all. If no reply, we can merge.

I made the changes as discussed.

I also disabled the project search by default to avoid the warning QuickFinder: Cannot search in project., because no project is defined by default.
