hgignore entries with syntax prefix are handled incorrectly #28

Despite hgignore(5) states that to switch pattern syntax one is supposed to use 
"syntax:<kind>" line, it's possible to use kind prefix right in the beginning 
of a line, e.g. "glob:<pattern>". Hg4J shall respect this alternative.
