Added white list to versions #25

Added white list to versions allowed (if a user try to load on cache his how version and isn't allowed, will receive a 409 response code).

Hey,

Thanks for issuing a pull request for this behavior, but it seems that your branch/fork is not in sync with the current master of versions. I suggest you rebase your changes on top of the current master and remove all unrelated changes such as the README and package.json changes. In addition to that, every new feature, bug fix or change should be accompanied by a test to prevent us from breaking the change in the future.
