Turn down the eventuals-grpc repo #86

We've merged this repo into eventuals: https://github.com/reboot-dev/company/issues/47

This repo is now deprecated: we should remove it.

That probably includes at least:

  1. recreate open issues in eventuals
  2. update references in code / files to eventuals-grpc issues or PRs to refer to respect PRs
  3. move any open PRs we care about to eventuals
  4. delete this repo
