LAV 0.44 HW acceleration ATI graphics #169

Describe the issue you're having:
Stuttering playback when viewing HD content

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 1080p x264

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
LAV filters 0.44.0.0
Mediaportal 1.2.2.0

Please provide any additional information below.

When checking the LAV video configuration i see that no HW acceleration is used 
i can only choose Intel Quicksync or Nvidia CUVID (both unusable because of 
using an ATI graphics card

System specs:
Intel Atom D525
3GB DDR2
ATI HD4850 connected with HDMI to onkyo receiver
