Email error 550-5.7.1 after changing DNS to cloudflare #301

I get this error since I am using cloudflare as DNS, before it worked well. Anyone has an idea?

What server company are you using?

I use digitalocean, but it doesnt block outgoing mails, because it worked already before I switched to cloudflare. When I use an email provider which dont have spam detection it sends too, but all great providers does have this so I need a solution
