Opentrade balance for accounting?

Is there way to relatively obtain what is Opentrade cryprocurrency balance minus the user cryptocurrency?

I know we can look up each user balance. We also have access to each wallet/node for each coin on the Opentrade.

We need to audit how much the Opentrade owns which is total opentrade wallet amount minus what users own. Is there any relatively easy way to do this which is not going through every users account by hand come up with what the Opentrade owns??
